How to DIY Tassel?

The simple and cute #tassels are easy to make and can be used as decoration or just made into earrings, very #Boho style!
As a start, let's begin with how to make a tassel. DIY tassel can be fun and it's such a nice thing to do with kids. The process is also very photogenic for amazing social media posts.
The craft supplies you need to prepare
- Thread: one
- Card: one piece
- Scissors: one
- First, unwind our thread and wrap it neatly around a piece of paper to the thickness you want, then cut a piece of thread about 20cm long and tie a knot in the middle of the thread.
- Remember to tie the knot tightly
- Then we can remove the wound thread from the card
- You can press the paper down a little to make it easier to remove the cotton thread.
- After removal, hold the newly tied threads tightly in your hand and pull them slightly so that the tassels can be evenly distributed, thus reducing the need for trimming later on.
- After using the scissors, trim the tassel slightly with your left hand to keep it neat and tidy.
- Grasp the tassel with your left hand downwards, as in the picture, reserving 1- 2cm for the bungee cord.
- Wrap around to this length and start tying the knot
- Comb the tassels
- Add a pompom and you're done!
